Immediate Need for an Experienced Finance Manager - Dungannon Area

Temporary - Permanent Potential

Reporting directly to the CFO you will be responsible for preparing, examining, and analysing financial reports and records. Preparing and submitting tax documents. Creating effective and cost-efficient financial practices and procedures for business clients.

Main Duties:

• Preparation of month end accounts for group companies within a 5 day
• Clear balance sheet reconciliations and P&L review against budget within time frame
• Liaising with external auditors and financial institutions
• Balance sheet ownership to maintain budgeted key ratios
• Manage finance team direct reports and act as an example to train and push forward team performance
• Develop regular business scorecard measurement and reporting for key metrics
• Work closely with financial analyst to enable reporting on gross margin variances

Experience/Essential Criteria:

• ACA, CIMA or ACCA equivalent qualified
• 3 years+ manufacturing industry experience essential
• Strong financial modelling experience
• The ability to work overtime if required and manage workload under tight deadlines
• Assisting with ERP implementation would be an advantage (desired)
