MCS Group are recruiting for a Temporary Accounts Payable to join a highly successful company based in East Belfast (Heron Road area).

The Company:

Our client is a highly successful within it's field. Due to workload they are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable to cover an immediate gap on the team.

The Rewards:

As the successful Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable you will receive:

• Competitive Hourly Rate
• Open to 4 or 5 days per week candidates

The Role:

As the successful temporary Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable you will report directly to the Finance Manager & will be responsible for the following duties:

• End to End Accounts Payable
• Processing Payments
• Matching Invoices

The Person:

The successful Temporary Part Time Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable will meet the following criteria:

• Good communication skills
• A flexible, proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Effective time management
• Good Computer skills and experience in Sage 200
• Good record keeping skills and procedures.
