Implementation consultant (SQL)

MCS are delighted to be recruiting for an implementation consultant to join as rapidly expanding Saas for their offices in Belfast.

Our client is a highly successful software house with offices across the U.K. that offer cutting edge solutions without the financial space. They have developed a number of successful in-house products which are used by private and public sector clients and are continue to succeed and expand their teams into 2024.

As an implementation consultant you will closely with both the technical and sales teams to implement complex software for clients within an agile environment.

What you will be doing

• Be responsible for multiple projects at once ensuring successful delivery within time schedules
• Work closely with new customers to ensure products are implemented, working on workflows and any customisation's using data and SQL technologies
• Work closely with support teams on any escalations as well as customer success on any issues or bugs with products.
• Responsible for mentoring junior and on boarding new staff

What you need to succeed

• Background in a similar role as implementation consultant
• Strong technical ability in SQL
• Ideally experience within finance / consultancy sectors
• Experience of working closely with clients and implementing agile project management methodologies
