Salary: £33,542 - £34,231 + £3,713 ICT Allowance

The Role

We're recruiting a CST ICT Officer to join our ICT Customer Services Team.

You will:

• Provide 1st line ICT support across local and international offices

• Deliver 2nd line support (SCCM/Intune packaging, mailbox creation, updates)

• Support Windows 10/11 environments

• Administer Active Directory / Entra ID

• Act as an escalation point for the Service Desk

• Maintain accurate asset and ticket records

• Contribute to projects and minor procurements (<£30k)

• Develop user guides and knowledge base materials

You'll help ensure a secure, high-quality ICT service while delivering excellent customer support.

Essential Criteria

• Experience troubleshooting software, hardware and network issues

• Experience supporting Windows 10/11

• Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID

• Experience in a busy ICT Service Desk environment

• Strong customer focus and ability to manage competing priorities

• Experience writing user documentation
