HRIS Analyst

MCS Group is proud to represent an Irish success story that is expanding its Digital Transformation team and is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to help optimise and evolve its HR technology landscape.

This role will sit at the centre of the HR, Payroll and Technology teams, helping deliver improvements across the Group's HR systems including Sage People, NetSuite and a new Learning Management System.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across systems, data and stakeholders to drive real improvements in how HR technology supports the wider business.

(Hybrid - 3 days in office)

What you'll be doing...

* Configuring and optimising Sage People and related HR systems
* Supporting implementation and rollout of a Learning Management System
* Building reports and dashboards using Salesforce Report Writer
* Developing calculated fields, workflows and business processes
* Managing integrations between HRIS, payroll and ERP systems
* Maintaining strong data integrity and audit processes
* Providing Tier 2 / Tier 3 support for HR systems
* Working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and Technology teams
* Participating in bi-annual system releases and conducting fit-gap analysis

What they're looking for...

* 3+ years experience working with HR systems / HRIS platforms
* Experience with systems such as Sage People, Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors or similar
* Strong analytical mindset with an interest in systems optimisation
* Experience building reports, workflows and system configurations
* Ability to work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders
