MCS Group are thrilled to be working alongside a well-known, food manufacturing organisation, based in Lurgan, in the Recruitment of an HR Graduate to join their team. The Role

Reporting to the HR Generalist, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all of the day-to-day HR operations. Within this role, you will gain exposure to a variety of areas of HR, and get the opportunity to be hands-on. Key areas include -

• Maintaining and updating all HR Systems and databases.
• Manage all colleague files and lever data.
• Prepare all weekly /monthly payroll data.
• Manage all of the temporary employees life cycle.
• Provide support within employee relations cases.
• Provide support within the recruitment and selection process.
• Assist in the developing and publishing of HR Policies and Procedures.

The Successful candidate

To be successful in this role, you must have -

• Degree in HR or a relative field, including completion of a placement year
• CIPD Qualification
• Experience in using HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
