HR Advisor - FMCG - Dungannon

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers, ensuring alignment with employment legislation and internal policies

- Support employee relations activity, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence management processes

- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activity, working collaboratively with hiring managers and central teams

- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data is handled confidentially and in line with GDPR requirements

- Contribute to employee wellbeing, engagement initiatives, and local community partnerships

- Support training compliance and learning activities, particularly within operational environments

- Assist with audits, reporting, and HR improvement projects

- Champion organisational values, inclusion, and effective communication across sites

About You

- Previous experience in a generalist HR or advisory role

- Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice

- Confident supporting managers with people matters in a fast-paced environment

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

- Comfortable using HR systems and Microsoft Office

- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable
