HR Advisor

North Dublin - HR Advisor - Permanent

MCS Group is delighted to partner with an award-winning organisation as they look to add an HR Advisor to their team, in this newly created, permanent opportunity.

The role:

This is an operational role, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the business, supporting managers day-to-day, and handlingthe full employee lifecycle.

The main responsibilities:

• Act as a first point of contact for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and Irish employment law.
• Provide end-to-end support on disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management cases.
• Support sickness absence management.
• Maintain accurate HR records and produce basic HR reports (e.g. absence, turnover).
• Ensure HR policies are applied consistently and in line with legislation.
• Support payroll-related administration and general HR operations as required.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role.
• Experience managing employee relations cases independently from start to finish.
• Good working knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
• CIPD Level 3 qualified (or equivalent experience).
