This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering robust, scalable formulations for new drug products, ensuring readiness for commercial manufacture while managing technical risk and cross-functional collaboration.

As the Head of Late Stage Formulations, you will:

• Lead the development and optimisation of late-stage formulations in line with current (V)ICH guidelines
• Drive scale-up and technology transfer from early-stage development into manufacturing
• Apply Quality by Design (QbD) principles to enhance process understanding and define critical process parameters (CPPs)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure smooth product transfer and commercial readiness
• Support regulatory submissions, including preparation and review of technical documentation (protocols, reports, batch records)
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, including external collaborations

You will have:

• Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy (or similar)
• Strong knowledge of GMP and FDA/EMEA/VICH/ICH requirements
• Proven people leadership experience
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
