MCS Group is pleased to be partnering with a reputable and expanding accountancy firm to recruit a Forensic Accounting Manager to join their dynamic team. The company was established over 25 years ago and provide their clients with a range of Accountancy services such as Audit, Advisory, Forensic Accounting, Payroll, Corporate restructuring and more.

The Role

You will have a wide range of duties, such as;

  • Manage a portfolio of cases, from initial instruction to draft expert report.
  • Prepare financial analysis and written expert reports for Court submission.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, delegating administrative and setup tasks effectively.
  • Work across multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and timely progression.
  • Collaborate closely with senior experts to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Gain extensive experience through high-volume casework
  • Handle a diverse caseload

The Person

The ideal candidate will be:

  • 3-5 years post-qualified experience (ACA / ACCA or equivalent) with a strong interest in forensic accounting.
  • Previous forensic experience preferred, or proven ability to produce complex analytical and financial reports.
  • Highly proficient in Excel (including Power BI) and Word.
  • Commercially minded, practical, and diligent, able to manage demanding workloads and tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative and personable, with strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Career-driven and committed to developing a long-term future within forensic accounting.
