Primary responsibilities

• Spearhead monthly management accounts and reporting packs
• Drive board reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Engage in high-level business partnering to support strategic decision-making
• Oversee and optimize financial controls and processes
• Lead and mentor the finance team, reporting directly to the Managing Director

Qualifications and Skills

• Qualified accountant or Qualified by Experience (QBE) with a strong background in manufacturing or practice
• Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with all levels of management
• Advanced IT skills, particularly in financial software and systems
• Proven track record in financial management and reporting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-based environment
