Finance Business Partner

The Role will consist of:

• Providing Finance BP support and assist in timely discharge of financial management responsibility within the relevant division including compilation of annual budget, forecasts and monthly management accounts
• Act as FBP for event travel, private hire and cross channel operation
• Coordinate supply of financial data for profitability statement and perform quality control check on profitability report
• Prepare bi- annual reports of profitability
• Support in the improvement, identification, development and implementation of all revenue generation, cost reduction and continuous business improvement initiatives
• Assist in corporate planning and budgetary control process
• Provide assistance in the preparation of annual statutory accounts

The Person

As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience:

• Previous experience of finance business partnering in a commercial/industry role
• Experience implementing cost reduction plans/improving profitability
• Qualified accountant with membership from a relevant body with industry/commercial experience
• Experience working at pace with a variety stakeholders

Desirable:

• Experience preparing statutory accounts
• Project management qualification
