MCS Group are currently recruiting for a Dynamics 365 CRM Subject Matter Expert to support a major digital transformation programme.

This is not a support role.
This is a senior, hands-on SME engagement for someone who can lea, design and deliver across the full D365 CRM landscape.

The Opportunity

• You will play a critical role in shaping and driving a Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, acting as the go-to expert across CRM design, integration, workflows and lifecycle management.
• You'll work closely with senior stakeholders while remaining technically hands-on.
• This role is Dublin-based with 3 days per week onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Lead D365 CRM delivery & configuration
• Drive CRM development through configuration and rollout
• Design and optimise workflows & automation
• Oversee full package integration across the Microsoft ecosystem
• Support Client Lifecycle Management processes
• Act as the senior technical authority within the programme
• Contribute directly to digital transformation strategy

Requirements:

Essential:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / CE)
• Strong techno-functional capability
• Proven end-to-end implementation experience

Core Microsoft Stack:

• Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
• Integration across Microsoft products

Nice to Have:

• Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps)
• Azure exposure
• CoPilot familiarity
