MCS Group is proud to partner with a market-leading manufacturing organisation based in Craigavon to recruit a creative, digitally focused Marketing Professional. This role will play a key part in strengthening brand presence and driving engagement across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and implement an effective marketing strategy for the brand
• Create, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, website, email, and online advertising channels
• Grow and manage the company's social media presence across all platforms
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimise content to maximise reach and engagement
• Design and produce visual marketing materials, including social media graphics, brochures, advertisements, and presentations
• Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all channels
• Film, edit, and produce high-quality video content such as product demonstrations, field activity, customer stories, and event coverage
• Support website updates, content uploads, and search engine optimisation (SEO) initiatives
• Assist with the organisation and delivery of trade shows, product demonstrations, launches, and events
• Support campaign planning and execution across both online and offline marketing channels

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience in developing and delivering digital marketing strategies, including hands-on social media management
• Strong design capability with experience using creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Demonstrated experience in video filming and editing
• A solid understanding of digital media trends and best practices for content creation and distribution
