Design Engineer

MCS Group is excited to be working alongside a client with ambitious and exciting plans for the future. We are currently looking for Mechanical Design Engineers who are looking for a great, new opportunity, working for a fast-moving company which has experienced considerable growth in the last year.

To support this continued growth, we are looking for Mechanical Engineers to work as Mechanical Design Engineers within the development engineering team, based in the Ballymena.

As the Design Engineer, you will support the further development of new and existing designs

The successful candidate:

• HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with a number of years of Design/New product development Engineering experience, ideally in heavy engineering or automotive.
• Experience with 3D & 2D CAD and engineering report writing
• Knowledge of BOM structure and manufacturing processes
