We are seeking a Customer Applications Specialist to join a busy utilities client. This role focuses on managing high volumes of applications through to final connection, while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder engagement.

The Role
* Process renewable generator applications from submission to final connection
* Manage high volumes of customer queries and stakeholder interactions
* Apply generator connection policy and regulatory requirements accurately
* Support continuous improvement of systems and processes
* Contribute to cross-functional initiatives
* Track and report on connection status and project progress

The Requirements
Essential
* Experience managing customers and stakeholders in a professional setting
* Ability to handle high workloads with strong accuracy
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
* Awareness of electricity systems and renewable technologies
* Third-level qualification or equivalent experience
Desirable
* Utilities / electricity sector experience
* SAP system experience
