Job Description
MCS Group is currently working alongside a scaling technology business to recruit a CRM & Marketing Automation Manager for their Belfast based operation.
Working as part of the wider marketing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for optimising the marketing automation and customer relationship management processes, ensuring seamless integration; leveraging Salesforce and Pardot / Account Engagement to aid the team to drive global marketing lead generation, nurture programs, customer engagement and satisfaction.??

As the in-house CRM & Marketing Automation Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining effective CRM strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to help drive business growth through data-driven campaigns and insights.?

Core Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Administration:?Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring data accuracy, security, and optimal performance.?Customise Salesforce to meet organisational needs, including creating and modifying fields, workflows, and validation rules.??
- Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Expertise:?Design and implement marketing automation strategies using Pardot to drive lead generation and nurture campaigns.?Utilise Account Engagement features to enhance customer interactions and drive personalised engagement strategies.??
- Data Management:?Oversee data quality and cleanliness within Salesforce, implementing best practices for data hygiene.?Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless data integration and synchronisation.??
- Customisation and Development:?Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.?Customise Salesforce and Pardot using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other declarative tools to address unique business processes.??
- Integration:?Manage and implement integrations with third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.?
- User Training and Support:?Provide training and support to users on Salesforce and Pardot functionalities.?Troubleshoot issues, conduct regular system audits, and recommend improvements to enhance user adoption.?
- Reporting and Analytics:?Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key CRM metrics and KPIs.?Analyse data trends to provide actionable insights for decision-making.??
- Collaboration and Communication:?Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to understand business requirements and tailor CRM solutions accordingly.?Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and CRM strategies.?
Essential Criteria:
- 5+ years' experience working with Salesforce including both Sales Cloud and Account Engagement / Pardot, with a deep understanding of platform customisation and administration.?
- Proven expertise in implementing and optimising Pardot for marketing automation.?
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into solutions.?
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.?
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Pardot Specialist) are a plus.
