MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a Professional Services Organisation based in Belfast who are seeking to recruit a Credit Controller on a full time, permanent basis.

The Company:

Our client is very well established in its network, having delivered for over 20 years in its industry. As they continue to grow, they are seeking someone from either a customer service or credit control background to take a step up and manage their function.

The Role:

As the successful Credit Controller you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Managing the debt portfolio
• Support the cash and delivery process
• Ensure all payments are allocated within a timely manner
• Production of weekly reports for management on overdue balances
• Manage the procedure of opening new customer credit accounts
• Support additional tasks and projects as required by the management team.

The Person:

The successful Credit Controller will meet the following criteria:

• Prior Credit Control/ customer service experience
• Ability to work on their own initiative
• Strong communication skills.
