Cost Accountant - Dungannon

MCS Group are looking for a Cost Accountant to join a global manufacturing company based in the Dungannon area.

Our client is a leading global manufacturing company based in Dungannon area and have multiple sites across NI, Europe and North America. The Role:

As the successful Cost Accountant, you will report directly to the Financial Controller and will be responsible for the following:

• Evaluate machine material, labour and overhead costs;
• Review margins & NPD costs;
• Prepare costing information for budgeting & forecasting processes;
• Management of inventories;
• Month end inventory close;
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful Cost Accountant will have the following characteristics:

• Qualified/Part-Qualified or Qualified by Experience;
• Previous cost accounting experience;
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• Strong IT skills.
