The Role:

As the successful Corporate Tax Compliance Manager you will have the following responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Tax Director, supporting strategic tax initiatives and compliance oversight
• Oversee the end-to-end tax compliance function, ensuring adherence to local and international tax laws
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering high performance and ensuring timely, accurate tax return filings
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and coordinate with external advisors to provide effective, client-focused tax solutions
• Partner with the Tax Consultancy Manager and Tax Director to support complex advisory projects and drive continuous improvement in tax processes

The Person:

The successful Corporate Tax Compliance Manager will meet the following criteria:

• Proven experience in managing and leading tax teams, with a focus on performance, development, and effective delegation
• Professionally qualified (CTA or equivalent), demonstrating a high level of technical tax expertise
• Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in income tax, corporate tax, and VAT compliance and advisory
