Technical Business Analyst - Belfast

The Role

You'll work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical partners to analyse business needs and support the successful delivery of business and systems projects. You'll also contribute to PMO activities and help drive continuous improvement across how projects are run.

What You'll Be Doing

• Gather and document business requirements
• Analyse and improve business processes
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions
• Support delivery of change initiatives and system implementations
• Ensure documentation aligns with project governance standards
• Build strong working relationships across business and technical teams
• Promote best practice and continuous improvement

• Experience as a Business Analyst in project environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Comfortable working across business and technical teams
• Strong documentation and process analysis experience
• Adaptable, organised, and motivated by driving change
