A global professional services firm's Dublin office is now seeking to hire a newly created AML Consultant on a full-time, permanent basis.

They have recently created a new risk and governance function in Ireland, and this offers a rare opportunity to become one of the initial members of what will be a growing department in Dublin.

The Rewards:

• €50,000 - €55,000 salary
• Hybrid working + early Friday finishes
• DIS x4
• Generous holiday entitlement (+ option to purchase additional days)

The Role:

As AML Consultant, you will play a key role in:

• Conducting AML and counter-terrorist financing risk assessments and controls reviews
• Evaluating policies & procedures, and transaction monitoring frameworks
• Supporting independent assurance reviews and regulatory readiness assessments
• Drafting of reports, presenting findings to stakeholders
• Assisting with remediation planning and implementation
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on relevant regulations

The Person:

The successful AML Consultant will meet the following criteria:

• Demonstrable experience in an AML, FinCrime or regulatory compliance role within finance / financial services
• Related industry qualification / certification - ACAMS, ICA or similar
• Good understanding of frameworks and risk typologies
• Industry experience within financial services, finance or consultancy is desirable
