Accounts Payable Team Lead

The Role:

Reporting to the Head Office Accountant, you will support a team of seven administrators on a day-to-day basis whilst also promoting their personal development & growth.

Daily Duties Include:

• Maintaining company's purchase ledger with the assistance of the team
• Reconciling supplier statements to accounts for payments
• Ensuring supplier reconciliations and payments are evenly distributed to the team and updating supplier information to our internal DMS
• Reconciling manufacturer purchase ledger accounts taken by Direct Debit
• Reviewing the purchase ledger team's weekly purchase ledger payment reconciliations
• Ensuring all documents are processed on time and fully completed for month end close as well as liaising with internal management and external customers
• Assisting with closedown of purchase ledger at month end

What You Need to Succeed?

• Strong previous accounts payable experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Accuracy and detail
