The Role:

As the successful Accounts Payable Officer job duties include:

• Processing invoices
• Preparation of weekly, fortnightly and monthly payment runs
• Monitoring client accounts payable mailboxes daily
• Bookkeeping and reconciliation of accounts
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful Accounts Payable Officer will meet the following criteria:

• Previous accounts payable experience;
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
