The Role

The Accounts Assistant role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's financial processes. You will play a key role in managing the purchase ledger and handling payment queries, while also contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance team. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Managing the purchase ledger process from start to finish
• Resolving payment queries and ensuring accurate record-keeping
• Processing expenses and assisting with payment runs
• Collaborating with the finance team to support broader accounting functions

The Person

The ideal candidate for the Accounts Assistant role will be detail-oriented, organised, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team. Previous experience in purchase ledger management is highly desirable, along with familiarity with accounting systems.
