The Role:

As the successful Accounts Payable Assistant you will report directly to the Accounts Payable Team Lead and will be responsible for the following duties:

• Ensure smooth running of purchase to pay month end close off
• Deal with queries
• Managing and build a relationship with a number of accounts
• Statement reconciliations
• Process invoices and resolve payment discrepancies
• More duties highlighted on the job description

The Person:

• Minimum of 1year Accounts Payable experience
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Strong excel skills
• Ability to multi-tasks and be well organised
