MCS Group is partnering with a successful accountancy practice in Portadown to recruit a driven and ambitious Accounts Assistant Manager / Manager. The Role

You will have a wide range of duties, such as;

• Managing a portfolio of clients including statutory and management accounts
• Involvement in personal and corporate tax
• Potential exposure to VAT work
• Overseeing and supporting junior staff
• Collaborative, free-flowing practice

The Person

The ideal candidate will be:

• ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Ideally from a practice background
• Qualified by experience candidates will also be considered
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients
• Extensive experience in accounts preparation
• Skilled in reviewing and supporting the work of junior team members
