MCS Group is proud to partner with a multi-award-winning full-service agency delivering advertising, design, digital and consulting services. They are looking for an experienced and highly organised Account Manager to join their client services team. The perfect candidate will be confident working both collaboratively and independently, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment. This role is central to the agency, acting as the key link between clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns, strategies, and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and status updates.
  • Coordinate internal creative, digital, media, strategy, and production teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Manage multiple campaigns and projects across channels.
  • Develop clear briefs, scopes of work, critical paths, and client quotes.
  • Facilitate internal communication and meetings across departments.
  • Monitor resourcing, risks, and project progress, addressing issues proactively.
  • Produce contact reports and ensure timely campaign reporting to clients.
  • Manage budgets, costing sheets, time tracking, and invoicing to support agency profitability and cash flow.
  • Review creative work and provide constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to campaign planning, insights, and strategic thinking.
  • Identify opportunities for additional revenue, new ideas, and client value.
  • Support pitch work and new business activities.

Essential Criteria:

  • 3 years + proven experience in an account management role within an advertising, marketing, or digital agency.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple client projects with conflicting deadlines.
  • An understanding of integrated campaigns (digital, social, print, media).
  • Problem solving skills with ability to add value through critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets.
