Tasmin Parksin

Tasmin joined MCS Group in August 2025 as a Marketing Executive. In her role, she works closely with MCS consultants, clients and candidates to support the group’s recruitment activity through clear, targeted marketing. Her day-to-day focus includes creating content, managing campaigns and ensuring the MCS brand is consistently represented across digital channels. She plays a key role in connecting employers with talent by shaping how opportunities and insights are communicated to the market.

Tasmin supports marketing activity across MCS’s specialist recruitment markets, working across a range of sectors and functions. She contributes to campaigns that promote opportunities within technology, professional services and wider industry roles.

She is particularly focused on producing practical, relevant content that reflects real market insights and supports both clients and candidates in making informed decisions.

Before joining MCS, Tasmin gained experience in marketing roles where she developed her skills in content creation, campaign delivery and brand communication.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring new places and keeping active.
