Tiérna Carson

Tierna joined MCS Group in March 2026 as a Recruitment Sourcer, where she supports the delivery of high-quality hiring processes by identifying and engaging with candidates across the market. Her role centres on building strong candidate pipelines, understanding individual motivations, and matching talent to opportunities with care and accuracy. She works closely with consultants and clients to ensure the right individuals are introduced at each stage of the recruitment process.

She specialises in the Tech and Engineering market, with a particular focus on the Sciences sector, supporting roles within pharmaceutical and life sciences organisations.

Tierna brings valuable first-hand insight into the roles she recruits for, allowing her to assess candidates with a deeper level of understanding and identify those best suited to each opportunity.

Before joining MCS Group, she worked as a Clinical and Molecular Laboratory Manager within a medical diagnostics company.

She holds an IBMS-accredited BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science with Natural Science.

Outside of work, Tierna enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her dogs, and regularly attends sporting events. She also has a keen interest in fashion and beauty.
