Kotryna Ramanauskaite

Kotryna Ramanauskaite joined MCS Group in June 2025 as a Recruitment Consultant within the Accountancy & Finance team. She focuses on part-qualified and transactional finance roles, working closely with both clients and candidates across the market. Her day-to-day involves supporting organisations with their hiring needs while helping candidates navigate opportunities that suit their experience and longer-term career plans.

Her work spans a broad range of industry-based accountancy and finance roles, including Accounts Assistants, Purchase and Sales Ledger professionals, Payroll staff, and Assistant Accountants.

She places a strong emphasis on building lasting relationships, maintaining consistent communication throughout the process, and taking the time to understand the needs of both clients and candidates.

Before joining MCS Group, Kotryna studied Business Economics at Queen’s University Belfast, building a strong understanding of financial principles and the wider business environment. She also gained valuable experience working in hospitality, developing strong communication skills throughout.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, trying out new food spots, and spending time with friends and family.
