Katie Fox

Katie Fox is a Specialist HR Recruitment Consultant at MCS Group, having joined the business a year ago. She partners closely with organisations to understand their hiring needs and connect them with HR professionals who align with both the role and wider business culture. Her work spans the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing talent and advising clients to guiding candidates through each stage of the hiring process.

She specialises in HR recruitment across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on professional services, including legal, finance and IT, as well as other commercial industries such as FMCG. Katie supports organisations in hiring across generalist HR, talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, and HR leadership roles.

What sets Katie apart is her strong academic background in HR alongside her day-to-day work in specialist recruitment, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both the market and the wider people challenges businesses face. She keeps up to date with emerging trends across the HR landscape and brings informed market insight to conversations with both clients and candidates.

Before joining MCS Group, Katie completed her Master’s in Human Resource Management at Queen’s University Belfast and holds a CIPD Level 7 qualification.

Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, staying active and spending time with friends and family!
