Hannah Liddle

Hannah joined MCS Group in 2025 as a Specialist Recruitment Consultant, with a strong focus on the commercial construction market. In her role, she works closely with hiring managers across Northern Ireland to build out their construction teams in what can often be a challenging hiring landscape. She takes a hands-on approach to understanding each project and the people needed to deliver it, helping organisations secure individuals who can make a real impact. Her day-to-day work is centred on creating strong, lasting matches between clients and candidates.

Hannah specialises in recruitment across commercial construction, working on roles such as quantity surveyors, estimators, project managers and more. She works across the whole of Northern Ireland, supporting a wide range of clients including main contractors, subcontractors, specialist subcontractors and consultancies, particularly those involved in large-scale and high-value projects.

She is known for her niche expertise and wide market knowledge, enabling her to provide practical insight and honest guidance throughout the hiring process. Alongside this, she places a strong focus on the candidate experience, taking the time to understand individual goals and helping people secure roles that support their long-term career progression.

Outside of work, she enjoys socialising with friends and family and trying out Northern Ireland’s best coffee spots.
