Having joined MCS Group in 2025 Grace is a results-driven Divisional Lead with over 10 years’ experience in recruitment, specialising in building and managing high-performing teams that deliver critical talent across government and public service organisations.

With a strong track record of leading recruiters across multiple disciplines, Grace oversees end-to-end recruitment strategies that support local authorities, central government departments, HSCNI organisations, and wider public sector bodies.

Grace is known for her hands-on leadership style, and is responsible for managing, mentoring, and developing a team of recruiters while ensuring consistent delivery against demanding hiring targets and framework requirements. Grace's expertise spans permanent, contract, and temporary recruitment, with a deep understanding of compliance, procurement frameworks, and the unique challenges facing public sector hiring.
