Darcy Lorimer

Darcy Lorimer joined MCS Group in April 2025 and works within the Operations team as Recruitment & HR Admin. Her role centres on managing the internal hiring process across the business, partnering closely with hiring managers to support ongoing growth. Darcy also provides administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, helping ensure HR processes are well‑organised, consistent and running smoothly day to day.

Her market sits within internal recruitment and HR, with a focus on supporting operational functions. She typically works with teams across the organisation, coordinating internal roles and contributing to a positive and efficient experience for both candidates and colleagues.

Darcy’s strengths include the internal networks she has built, her understanding of the business, and the structured approach she brings to hiring and HR administration.

Before joining MCS Group, Darcy worked in recruitment across both agency and in‑house settings, giving her a broad view of different hiring environments.

She is CIPD Level 5 qualified and holds a degree in Business.
