Dearbhla Flanagan

Dearbhla is Group Head of Operations & Innovation at MCS Group. In this role, she leads the operational functions across both MCS and Honeycomb, working closely with leadership, recruiters and support teams to simplify how the business runs. Her focus is on improving processes, embedding smarter use of technology, and ensuring teams are set up to deliver consistently high standards. Day to day, she works across data, systems and people to remove friction and support better decision-making.

Her remit spans operational strategy, sales enablement and continuous improvement, with a focus on building scalable processes that support key accounts and public sector frameworks. She works across functions including HR, finance, compliance, admin and front-of-house, ensuring consistency and alignment across the business.

Having joined MCS Group in 2018 as a Key Account Manager, managing a large-scale recruitment contract, she brings a practical understanding of delivery into her operational work. She has since moved into technology, projects and wider operational leadership, shaping how the business uses data, systems and automation to improve performance.

Before joining MCS Group, Dearbhla completed a degree in Business Management and worked as a Technology Consultant at PwC.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, trying new restaurants and shopping.
