Charlie Plant

Charlie Plant joined MCS Group in November 2025 as a Specialist Recruitment Consultant, focusing on the sales market. He works closely with sales professionals seeking new opportunities, as well as with business leaders and hiring managers looking to strengthen their teams. His role centres on understanding both sides of the hiring process and making well-matched introductions that support long-term success.

Charlie specialises in sales recruitment across a wide range of industries. He typically works on roles including Sales Manager, Business Development Manager and Account Manager positions.

He is known for the strength of his network and the depth of his market insight, built through consistent engagement with both candidates and organisations. This allows him to provide informed guidance and a clear view of hiring trends.

Before joining MCS Group, Charlie worked as a Junior Fund Administration Technician and later as a Sales Management Trainee, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both financial services and commercial environments.  He is a Business Management graduate from the University of Liverpool.

Outside of work, Charlie is a Stoke City F.C. fan, though there’s not much to be fanatical about.
