Callum Milligan
Recruitment Resourcer
Callum joined MCS Group in February 2026 as a Recruitment Resourcer, supporting public sector organisations by sourcing and engaging candidates across a broad range of roles.
His work focuses on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and managing candidate pipelines to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.
Before joining MCS, Callum worked on large scale recruitment projects across Australia and New Zealand, gaining experience in high volume talent delivery. He holds a degree in Business Management from Liverpool John Moores University, and outside work he enjoys travelling, having explored Australia and South East Asia in 2025 and staying active through the gym, running and general fitness.
