Caoimhe Lawlor

Caoimhe Lawlor joined MCS Group in November 2025 as an Associate Recruitment Consultant specialising in part-qualified accountancy and finance. In this role, she works closely with both employers and candidates across the finance market, supporting hiring processes and helping individuals identify opportunities that align with their skills and career goals. Her day-to-day focus is on building strong relationships, understanding candidate needs, and providing practical, tailored guidance throughout the recruitment journey.

Caoimhe specialises in the part-qualified accountancy and finance market, working with organisations seeking talent across. She supports a range of businesses, helping to connect skilled finance professionals with opportunities that match their development objectives.

Before joining MCS Group, Caoimhe graduated with an LLB in Law from Queen’s University and spent three summers working at a summer camp in America and travelling, experiences that helped her develop adaptability, communication skills, and a global perspective.

Outside of work, Caoimhe enjoys travelling and going to concerts.
