Corey Hillis

Corey Hillis joined MCS Group in September 2025 and works as a Specialist Recruitment Consultant within the IT Infrastructure market within Northern Irelands Public Sector. In his role, they partner with technology leaders and hiring managers across Northern Ireland to help them build strong infrastructure and IT operations teams. Corey works closely with both clients and candidates, supporting organisations through the full hiring process while maintaining a "Treating Humans like Humans" mentality throughout.

Their market is the Northern Ireland technology sector, with a focus on IT Infrastructure and related areas. This includes roles across infrastructure engineering, networks, Service Delivery, and Technical Project Managers.

Corey previously worked as a Regional Sales Manager for 12 years before deciding to pursue a career in Recruitment.

Outside of work I'm a convention planner; having supported MCM Comic Con's across the UK and also Queens University yearly with Q-Con. Corey also enjoys baking sourdough based products, my sourdough start is called Sally.
