Adam Roberts

Adam Roberts joined MCS Group in March 2026 as an IT Talent Resourcer, supporting the wider IT recruitment team. In his role, he focuses on sourcing and engaging candidates across the technology market, working closely with senior consultants to identify the right talent for client needs. His day-to-day work involves building candidate networks, understanding hiring requirements, and maintaining consistent communication with both candidates and colleagues to support successful placements. He plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and informed recruitment process from initial contact through to shortlisting.

Adam specialises in the IT market, with a particular focus on software engineering roles. He regularly works with software engineers and developers across a range of organisations.

While new to the industry, Adam is committed to developing his knowledge and gaining a strong understanding of the IT recruitment landscape. His willingness to learn and proactive approach has helped him quickly build confidence in the role.

Before joining MCS Group, Adam worked part-time at Tesco while completing his studies. He holds a degree in Criminology and Sociology.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys watching football as a Manchester United supporter, going to the gym, and watching films.
