Ryan leads our US operations, as MCS continues to expand its global footprint. Based in Boston, with years of national recruiting experience from New England to California and everywhere in between, he partners with top tech clients and candidates in the industry. Building off Barry’s mission for “MCS to raise standards, improve delivery and bring a different ethical approach to the specialist recruitment market”, Ryan brings the same mindset to elevate the recruitment experience in the US. Outside of work you can catch him spending time with his wife, daughter, extended family and friends, supporting his Boston sports teams or even out on the golf course (swearing under his breath with every shot).
