Ruth is the Group Head of HR at MCS Group UK and US, and Honeycomb, covering all aspects of HR such as recruitment, learning and development, employee engagement and benefits. Outside of work she enjoys theatre, cinema and reading. You can find her on the sidelines of a football or rugby pitch over the weekends, watching her two sons play. Ruth is a real foodie and loves to travel, she is currently learning French on Duolingo.
