Lesley is the Management Accountant for MCS Group. Before starting her role here, she completed a bachelors degree in Management and Leadership Development before she decided to do a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting. After completing this she went onto work in Practice while studying for her CAI exams, becoming fully chartered in Sept 2022. Outside of work she looks after her horses and enjoys taking them to shows at the weekend.
