Originating from Northeast Lincolnshire, Fran travelled around the country working as a chef until she found herself in Northern Ireland looking for a new challenge. She began as MCS’s Office Manager in 2012, and in June 2021, she moved into a more Compliance-focused role. Now, she works across all teams to ensure that office processes are optimised, allowing for effective and efficient end-user experience whilst maintaining quality and compliance requirements. Fran is dedicated to supporting the consultants at MCS Group, helping them achieve their aim of connecting employers with specialist talent. When not working, she can be found running after her 2 young boys or digging up the veg patch while drinking a gin or 2!
