UX Developer

Role Overview:
As a UX Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. Your role will bridge the gap between design and technical implementation, playing a pivotal part in crafting high-quality user experiences that drive engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to conceptualise and implement user-centric solutions.
- Develop responsive web and mobile applications using modern front-end technologies.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock ups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Ensure consistency in design and user experience across various platforms and devices.
- Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually enhance the user experience.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UX Developer or Front-End Developer with 3+ years experience with Moodle.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing your previous work and demonstrating your ability to create user-friendly interfaces.

Desirable:
- Experience in the education technology sector or similar fields.
- Knowledge of back-end technologies and integration with front-end interfaces.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
