The Role

• Plan, schedule, and deliver engaging training sessions and programmes
• Collaborate with senior managers, HR, and H&S to assess and meet training needs
• Create training materials, SOPs, and work instructions
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with certifications
• Deliver induction training and represent the organisation at schools/apprenticeship events
• Source and coordinate external training to enhance internal programmes
• Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills and ability to train technical skills
• Experience in training needs analysis
• IT skills for tracking and reporting
• Passion for developing people and processes
