Service Delivery Manager (Technical) - Dublin (On Site) - Up to 70k

Are you an experienced Technical Service Delivery Manager in the MSP world looking for a new challenge? Or are you a Level 3 Engineer looking to make a move into Service Delivery? If this resonates with you I'd love to discuss a great new role within the MSP domain in Dublin.

You'll play a key role in ensuring services are delivered seamlessly to clients. You'll take ownership of leading project teams, resolving service issues, monitoring progress, and tracking key performance indicators. You'll also coach and support teams in using Agile tools and techniques effectively.

Day to day, you'll lead planning and collaboration sessions, helping the team prioritise work based on capacity and capability-making sure the right things get done at the right time.

The Role:

In this multi-faceted role you will;

• Motivate and develop team members through coaching, one-on-ones, and product training
• Oversee performance metrics (ticket volumes, SLA adherence, resolution times) and drive continuous improvement
• Build strong internal and external relationships especially on the client side
• Provide assistance to the technical sales team in a technical lead capacity. (RFPs/RFI's/Demo's)
• Provide escalation support to L2 Engineers

The Person:

As well as strong communication and exceptional problem solving skills the following is key to success;

• Multi year experience mentoring and leading teams.
• Technical background in support engineering (Networks, Storage, Hardware, Security)
• MSP experience is essential
• Strong prioritisation and task management skills
• Full right to work in Ireland (Stamp 4/EU Citizenship). No sponsorship is available for this position.
• Happy to work on-site as this is an on-site role.

The Package:

• 1 year FTC before converting to permanency
• Salary up to 70,000 per annum. Negotiable
