Product Lead - Compliance (Belfast,NI)

We're looking for a Compliance Product Lead to take ownership of key compliance platforms that help the business meet regulatory requirements. You'll work at the intersection of compliance, technology, and product delivery, translating regulatory needs into practical solutions and working closely with tech teams to deliver them.

What You'll Do

• Own and prioritise compliance systems and product backlogs.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to capture requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Work with engineering and data teams to deliver enhancements.
• Ensure systems support areas such as trade monitoring and regulatory reporting.
• Act as the link between compliance stakeholders and technology teams.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years' experience in product ownership, product management - lead level.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance processes.
• Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams.
• Agile delivery experience and ability to prioritise effectively.
