MCS Group is delighted to be working with a truly innovative software company who are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join their team. This client works on high level government projects delivering process driven software that provides solutions across multiple disciplines. It's an exciting opportunity for a Lead Engineer to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on the direction of technology.

The Role

As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in setting the technical direction and vision for upcoming projects, coaching and mentoring a team of software engineers, ensuring they are following best coding practices. You will have full autonomy in this role, it is a great opportunity for someone looking to be a true technical influence and make a change within the organisation.

The Person

• 5+ Years of experience in software development
• 1+ Year of experience in technical leadership
• Knowledge of PHP & JavaScript is highly desirable
• Knowledge of AWS is desirable
